Quarterly outcomes are sent to Support People for monitoring and review in order to measure Cantercare’s success and progress in the service and the support it provides.
Throughout the year we have Staff Review Days, which are designed to achieve goals and create measurable targets to improve and further Cantercare’s work. These are a time to review many elements and aspects of Cantercare as a whole, with an aim to change or adapt anything that would benefit the service we provide.
Cantercare also asks that the monitoring section is filled in at the end of our referral form, so we can measure and ascertain the types of referrals and where the referrals we receive are coming from. This is so we can be informed and can build up statistics as to the clients that are in need of our service.
